Zhtng Cijng APP News, Guangku Technology (300620.SZ) announced that on June 3, 2025, the company signed a "equity transfer agreement" with Jiepu Investment (China) Co., Ltd. The company plans to acquire 100% equity of Jiepu Technology (Wuhan) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Wuhan Jiepu") with a consideration of "US$17 million + the net cash of the target company at the time of delivery - the transaction expenses borne by the target company". After the acquisition is completed, the company will hold 100% equity of the target company.
