Jinjiang Hotel: Appointing H-share issuance and listing audit firm

The Jinjiang Hotel announced that the 10th Board of Directors' 41st meeting and the 10th Supervisory Board's 22nd meeting will be held on June 4, 2025. The meetings will respectively review and approve the "Proposal on the Company's Appointment of Audit Firm for H-Share Issuance and Listing," and agree to appoint KPMG Certified Public Accountants as the audit firm for the company's H-share listing, to issue the relevant accountant's report for the H-share listing, and to provide opinions on other related documents. It will also appoint KPMG as the overseas audit firm for the company's first fiscal year after the H-share listing.
