Wisdom Financial News APP, Zhongke Electric (300035.SZ) announced that the company plans to invest in the establishment of a subsidiary called Zhongke Xingcheng (Hong Kong) Holdings Limited (referred to as "Zhongke Xingcheng Hong Kong") through its controlling subsidiary Hunan Zhongke Xingcheng Graphite Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Hunan Zhongke Xingcheng") in China Hong Kong. The subsidiary will implement the integration base project of an annual output of 200,000 tons of lithium-ion battery negative materials in Oman.
