Feiada announced that the company has signed an equity acquisition intention agreement with Hanzhong Hanhang Aviation Electromechanical Co., Ltd., intending to acquire all or part of the controlling rights of Shaanxi Changkong Gear Co., Ltd. in cash. Hanhang Aviation Electromechanical is a subsidiary controlled by the controlling shareholder of the company, China Aviation Industry Corporation Limited, and this transaction constitutes a related party transaction. Changkong Gear mainly engages in the research and development, design, production, and sales of precision gears and related products. If this acquisition is successfully completed, it will help enhance the company's technical strength and core capabilities in the precision technology business.
