China Minsheng Investment Group (02453.HK) completes placement of 18.6 million shares, raising approximately HK$93.94 million.

Zhixin Finance APP News, Meizhong Jiahe (02453.HK) announced that all the terms of the placement agreement have been reached and the placement matters were completed on June 4, 2025 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the placement agreement. As of the date of this announcement, a total of 18.6 million shares of placement shares have been successfully placed by the placement agent to no fewer than six underwriters at a placement price of HK$5.38 per share in accordance with the terms and conditions of the placement agreement, equivalent to approximately 7.54% of the total number of H shares issued prior to the completion and approximately 2.60% of the total number of shares issued, as well as approximately 7.01% of the total number of H shares issued after the completion of the placement and the issuance of additional placement shares, and approximately 2.53% of the total number of shares issued.
