The Public Security Bureau of Linxiang City, Hunan Province, issued a police report: At 12:32 on June 4, 2025, the 110 emergency platform in our city received a report from the public stating that the Yanfei Building Materials Company in Linxiang City was suspected of using mentally handicapped individuals for physical labor. After receiving the report, the police quickly responded, rescued 5 suspected mentally handicapped individuals, and lawfully detained the company's responsible person and 4 others. Currently, the case is being investigated intensively.
