China Merchants Fund (00133.HK): Tianzheng recently completed the equity transfer transaction of Jinlanmei Tourism.

Zhixin Finance APP news, China Merchants Fund (00133.HK) announced that, with reference to the announcement issued by the company on April 25, 2016 regarding its wholly-owned subsidiary Shenzhen Tianzheng Investment Co., Ltd. ("Tianzheng") signing a joint venture agreement with Yunnan Jinlanmei International Tourism Investment Development Co., Ltd. ("Jinlanmei Tourism"). According to the joint venture agreement, Tianzheng committed to a total investment of 20 million RMB and holds a 20% equity stake in Jinlanmei Tourism. However, Tianzheng ultimately made an actual investment of 10 million RMB according to the agreed investment schedule.
