Thunder announced recently that it has completed the acquisition of Shanghai Kuanghui Network Technology Co., Ltd., the operator of Hupu. According to the terms of the final agreement between the two parties, Thunder has paid a cash consideration of 400 million yuan before the completion of the transaction. Thunder will pay the remaining 100 million yuan in cash consideration in two equal installments, 12 months and 24 months after the completion of the transaction.
