Goldland Commercial Plaza announced that the total contract sales of the group in May 2025 was approximately RMB 887 million, the total contracted sales area was approximately 699,000 square meters, and the average selling price was approximately RMB 12,700 per square meter. From January to May 2025, the cumulative total contract sales amounted to approximately RMB 4.139 billion, with a total sales area of approximately 315,300 square meters.
