Huadi Group establishes a new company that includes AI hardware sales business.

The Qichacha APP shows that recently, Guangzhou Zhongying Zhixiang Kitchen and Bathroom Co., Ltd. was established, with Yao Yong as the legal representative. Its business scope includes sales of intelligent home consumption devices, IoT device sales, and sales of artificial intelligence hardware. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is indirectly wholly owned by Huadi Group.
