From today until June 8, many northern areas will experience persistent high temperatures and dry weather. In particular, the North China Plain and the Yellow River Basin will enter the period with the widest range of high temperatures in the next two days, mainly affecting Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Henan, Shandong, and other areas. The public needs to take precautions against heat stroke and sunburn. It is expected that today, high temperatures will first develop in Henan, with temperatures in some central areas reaching above 37C. Over the next four days, the high temperature range will gradually expand and intensify, with some areas exceeding 39C. In particular, the North China Plain and the Yellow River Basin will enter the period with the widest range of high temperatures. In regions such as Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, the northern and eastern parts of Henan, and the central and northern parts of Shandong, the daily maximum temperatures will generally be between 35 and 37C, with some areas exceeding 39C. In major cities, over the next five days, Zhengzhou and Jinan will experience high temperatures of 35C or higher for four consecutive days, and Beijing and Tianjin may welcome their first heatwave of the year tomorrow.
