China Construction establishes a new company that includes urban greening management business.

According to the Enterprise Check App, recently, Northwest Construction Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Construction Fifth Engineering Bureau, was established with a registered capital of 98 million yuan. The legal representative is Wang Lifeng. The scope of business includes: municipal facilities management; urban and rural city appearance management; landscaping construction; urban park management; urban landscaping management; earthwork construction; building labor subcontracting; and electrical installation services. Equity penetration data from Enterprise Check shows that the company is indirectly wholly owned by China Construction.
