On June 3rd, Victoria's Secret released a statement stating that the company detected a security incident related to its information technology system on May 24th. As a precautionary measure, the company temporarily shut down its systems and e-commerce website on May 26th. The website was restored on May 29th, and efforts are currently being made to restore full access to the company's systems. Additionally, although this incident did not impact the financial performance of the first quarter of the 2025 fiscal year, Victoria's Secret announced that they will delay the release of the quarterly performance report.
