Pioneer New Materials announced that Mr. Lu Xianfeng, the original controlling shareholder and actual controller of the company, had his shareholding reduced from 8.39% to 3.65% due to judicial auction, losing his position as controlling shareholder and actual controller. Mr. Lang Haitao now holds 5.71% of the shares, becoming the company's largest shareholder. The company has now changed to a state without a controlling shareholder or actual controller.
