China Merchants Securities: Appoints Zhu Jiangtao as the President of the Company

China Merchants Securities Announcement: The 20th meeting of the eighth board of directors of the company was held on June 3, 2025 through written communication. The meeting approved the appointment of Mr. Zhu Jiangtao as the CEO of the company, with a term from the date of approval by this board of directors until the completion of the eighth board of directors. At the same time, Mr. Zhu Jiangtao was nominated as a candidate for executive director of the eighth board of directors of the company and appointed as a member of the board of directors' strategic and sustainable development committee. Mr. Zhu Jiangtao, born in December 1972, previously served as an executive director and vice president of China Merchants Bank.
