The rainfall in many places is accompanied by strong convective weather, and currently, 30 yellow alerts for thunderstorm and strong winds are in effect province-wide. In Guangzhou, Yuexiu, Tianhe, Huangpu, Baiyun, Huadu, Panyu, Nansha, Conghua, and Zengcheng have issued yellow alerts for thunderstorm and strong winds; at the same time, Huangpu and Zengcheng have issued urban alerts for heavy rain, and Conghua has issued yellow alerts for heavy rain.
