On June 3rd, a total of 3 companies in the A-share market issued announcements regarding private placements. Among them, 1 company's private placement plan was approved at the shareholders' general meeting, and 1 company's private placement plan was halted. So far this year, 53 companies have completed their private placement plans, with 23 companies raising over 10 billion yuan. Specifically, China Nuclear Power, Guotai Haitong, and Guotou Electric Power raised the highest amounts through private placements, with fundraising totaling 14 billion yuan, 10 billion yuan, and 7 billion yuan respectively.
