Hope Education International Holdings (01765.HK) has reached a principle agreement on convertible bond restructuring with its major creditors.

Wisdom Finance News APP, Hope Education International Holdings (01765.HK) issued an announcement that, in the past few months, the company and its advisors have been working closely with the Special Group of Convertible Bond Beneficial Owners (who collectively hold or control an outstanding principal amount of convertible bonds exceeding 56%) and their advisors to develop a restructuring plan for the convertible bonds that is agreeable to all parties.
