Heavy rain and strong convective weather forecasts in certain regions pose high risks of geological disasters, flash floods, and safety hazards in areas such as road traffic, railways, water activities, cultural tourism, construction, schools, and mines. According to the "Emergency Response Plan for Flood Control and Drought Relief in Guizhou Province", after consulting and assessing the situation, the Guizhou Provincial Flood Control and Drought Relief Command decided to activate the provincial level 4 flood control emergency response at 22:00 on May 31st.
