In an official statement from the club, Fan Zhendong said: "I am really looking forward to the new challenge at Saarbrcken and in the Bundesliga, experiencing a new environment - and winning more victories with the team." In the new season, Fan Zhendong will represent the club in the table tennis Bundesliga league.
