According to the WeChat official account "Nantong Release", on May 30th, the Housing and Construction Bureau of Nantong City, Jiangsu Province, and eight other departments issued a notice on "Several Measures to Promote the Stable and Healthy Development of the Real Estate Market in the City", involving talent housing quotas, subsidies for families with multiple children, and employee group purchases, etc. Subsidies for families with multiple children purchasing homes will be provided. For families with multiple children who meet the birth policy and purchase new commercial housing within the main urban area, a one-time housing subsidy of 50,000 RMB will be given. Encouragement will be given to units to organize employee group purchases of housing. For units that organize employees to collectively purchase 5 or more sets of commercial housing at once, the home buyers will receive a housing subsidy of 2% of the total purchase price per unit. The housing subsidy policy will continue to be implemented. For those who purchase new commercial housing within the main urban area, a housing subsidy of 1.5% of the total purchase price will continue to be given. For individuals with full-time undergraduate degrees or above, or technician-level or higher national vocational qualifications, who come to the urban area for employment for the first time and have been paying social insurance for more than 3 months continuously, a housing subsidy of 2% of the total purchase price will continue to be provided for the purchase of new commercial housing within the main urban area.
