According to the compilation of the 2024 statistical bulletins and public data released by various regions, it has been found that as of now, 10 provinces have an urbanization rate exceeding 70%, one more than the previous year. Among them, Shanghai, Beijing, and Tianjin, the three major municipalities, have urbanization rates exceeding 85%, while Guangdong, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu provinces have urbanization rates exceeding 75%.
