Italian National Tourist Office: Significant increase in Chinese tourists traveling to Italy.

The Italian National Tourist Board recently posted information on its official website, saying that with the continuous increase in popularity of Chinese tourists traveling to Italy, a new round of growth is expected in the summer and autumn of 2025. According to the latest forecast, the number of Chinese tourists visiting Italy from May to October this year is expected to increase by 27% compared to the previous year. Data from the official website of the Italian National Tourist Board also shows that in 2024, around 176,000 Chinese tourists visited Italy, an increase of 24.7% compared to the previous year. Among them, over 53% of tourists were on vacation, 16.2% were visiting relatives, and 12% were studying or training.
