Former Chairman of Beijing Urban Construction Group, Chang Yongchun, was found to have committed serious violations of discipline and law, resulting in expulsion from the party and dismissal from public office.

On May 31st, according to information disclosed by @Qingfeng Beijing, former Party Secretary and Chairman of Beijing Urban Construction Group Co., Ltd., Chang Yongchun, accepted banquets at a private club that may have affected the fair execution of public duties. From 2021 to 2024, Chang Yongchun has repeatedly accepted banquets arranged by private entrepreneurs at private clubs, drinking high-end alcoholic beverages. Chang Yongchun also has other serious disciplinary and legal violations, has been expelled from the party, dismissed from public office, and is suspected of committing crimes and has been transferred to the procuratorate for investigation and prosecution according to law.
