On May 30, 2025, the China-Central Asia Countries Governance and Politics Seminar and Humanistic Exchange Dialogue was held in the capital of Kazakhstan, Astana. More than 260 representatives from China and Central Asian countries attended the event, engaging in in-depth discussions on the theme of "Modernization and Regional Cooperation: Towards a Path of Shared Prosperity." Participants believed that China is comprehensively promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation through Chinese-style modernization, while Central Asian countries are also striving to develop and revitalize their countries with their own unique characteristics. China and Central Asian countries are companions and good partners on the path of modernization. They should enhance the level of cooperation in building the Belt and Road, support each other in following development paths that suit their own national conditions, promote the establishment of a fairer and more reasonable international order, and strengthen international cultural exchanges and cooperation. Participants agreed that this event further strengthened the exchange of governance and political experiences between China and Central Asian countries, injecting new energy into deepening practical cooperation in various fields, jointly promoting modernization, and building a closer China-Central Asia community with a shared future.
