German Bank: Germany's inflation exceeds expectations, but still expects European Central Bank to cut interest rates next week.

After Germany's inflation data came in slightly higher than expected, the Euro's decline against the US dollar narrowed. Analysts at Deutsche Bank pointed out that Germany has made little progress in reducing inflation over the past 12 months. Nevertheless, the European Central Bank may further cut interest rates next Thursday.
