According to the Wise Finance and Economics APP, on May 30, the China Index Research Institute announced that from January to May 2025, the total land acquisition amount of the top 100 companies was 405.19 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 28.8%, an increase of 2.2 percentage points from the previous month. Due to the low base in the previous year, the year-on-year growth rate of land acquisition by the top 100 companies has increased compared to the previous month. State-owned enterprises are still the main players in land acquisition, with 8 out of the top ten land-acquiring companies being state-owned enterprises. Some private enterprises also have a certain level of investment intensity, such as Binjiang Group ranking among the top ten in land acquisition amount, and companies like Bangtai Group, Xingyao Real Estate Group, and Haicheng Group entering the top twenty in land acquisition amount.
