On May 30th, it was learned from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security that the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and two other departments recently issued a notice on increasing incentives for the distribution of wages for skilled talents in state-owned enterprises, specifying 7 measures to promote state-owned enterprises to establish a sound wage distribution system based on skills. Among them, it is proposed for the first time to "establish a special allowance for skilled talents" to promote the distribution of more rewards to those with higher skills.
