The company plans to transfer 31.7727% of the equity of its holding subsidiary Guofurui Data Systems Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Guofurui") to CETC Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. (referred to as "CETC Investment") through a non-public agreement transfer method, with a transfer price of 500 million RMB.
