In Guangzhou, 5 residential plots of land were sold for a total of 55.69 billion yuan, with private enterprise Agile Group winning bids for four of them.

On May 30th, Guangzhou successfully auctioned off 5 residential land parcels located in Tianhe District and Panyu District, with a total construction area of 109,000 square meters and a total starting price of 5.569 billion yuan. In the end, all 5 parcels were sold at the base price. Among them, a company under Poly Developments won a parcel in Tianhe District for 2.252 billion yuan, and Agile Group won four parcels in Panyu District for 3.317 billion yuan. Chen Xueqiang stated that this was Agile Group's second land acquisition in Guangzhou, following their acquisition in Panyu Real Estate.
