Fitch Ratings: Upgraded Shandong Expressway's long-term issuer rating to "A" with a "Stable" outlook.

On May 30th, Fitch Ratings upgraded Shandong Hi-speed Group Co., Ltd.'s long-term foreign currency and local currency issuer default ratings (IDRs) from "A-" to "A". The outlook is stable.
