Jinke Environmental: Appoints Zhang Jing as Executive Vice President of the Company

Jinke Environment announced on May 30th that the company held its 10th meeting of the third board of directors on May 29th, 2025. They reviewed and approved the "Proposal on Appointing an Executive Vice President," agreeing to appoint Zhang Jing as the executive vice president of the company. The term of office will be from the date of approval by the board of directors until the expiration of the term of the third board of directors.
