Announcement from China Resources Materials: Mr. Zhang Yingzhong, a non-independent director of the company, has applied to resign from the position of non-independent director and member of the Strategic and Sustainable Development Committee of the second Board of Directors of the company due to work arrangements. Mr. Wang Yuhang, deputy general manager of the company, has applied to resign from the position of deputy general manager due to work arrangements. After their resignations, Mr. Zhang Yingzhong and Mr. Wang Yuhang will no longer hold any positions in the company or its subsidiaries. As of the disclosure date of this announcement, neither of them holds any shares of the company.
