The theme of the 2025 Lujiazui Forum is "Financial Openness and Cooperation for High-Quality Development in the Global Economic Transformation."

Today, the Shanghai Municipal Government held a press conference to introduce the 2025 Lujiazui Forum. At the conference, Zhou Xiaoquan, Executive Deputy Director of the Financial Office of the Shanghai Municipal Party Committee, introduced that the theme of this forum is "Financial Opening, Cooperation, and High-Quality Development in the Changing Global Economy". Leaders from the People's Bank of China, the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission, the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the State Administration of Foreign Exchange, and the Shanghai Municipal Government will deliver speeches at the forum. During the forum, the central financial authorities will also announce several significant financial policies. The preparations for the forum are progressing orderly, and it will be held as scheduled. The 2025 Lujiazui Forum will take place on June 18th and 19th in Shanghai.
