On May 30, Yimin Fund issued an announcement stating that Vice General Manager and Chief Financial Officer Li Jing resigned on May 29 for personal reasons. Yimin Fund also announced the appointment of Wang Jian as the company's new Chief Financial Officer, who assumed the position on May 29.
