Banking sector stocks rise against the trend, Hangzhou Bank and Chengdu Bank both hit historically high levels.

Hangzhou Bank and Chengdu Bank have both reached historical highs, Chongqing Rural Commercial Bank and China CITIC Bank have risen by over 2%, Ruifeng Bank, Shanghai Rural Commercial Bank, Qingdao Rural Commercial Bank, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, Qingdao Bank, and Guiyang Bank have followed suit.
