Everbright Bank plans to no longer establish a board of supervisors.

On May 29th, Everbright Bank released the "Announcement of the 28th Meeting of the Ninth Board of Directors" showing that the ninth board of directors of the bank approved the proposal to no longer establish a supervisory board for China Everbright Bank Co., Ltd. This proposal requires approval from the shareholders' meeting.
