Zhizheng Corporation: Intends to acquires 99.97% equity of Advanced Packaging Materials International Limited.

Zhizheng Co., Ltd. announced that the company intends to acquire 99.97% equity of Advanced Packaging Materials International Co., Ltd. through a major asset exchange, issuance of shares, and cash payment, as well as to dispose of 100% equity of Shanghai Zhizheng New Materials Co., Ltd. and raise matching funds. This transaction still needs to be approved by the Shanghai Stock Exchange and registered by the China Securities Regulatory Commission before it can be implemented.
