Hua Ci Corporation (001216.SZ) plans to raise up to 700 million yuan through a private placement of stocks.

The Zhitong Finance APP reported that Hua Ci Co., Ltd. (001216.SZ) has released a plan to issue A-shares to specific investors in 2025. The issuance will be limited to no more than 35 specific investors, including Zhiyu Investment, who meet the conditions set by the China Securities Regulatory Commission. The total amount raised in this issuance will not exceed 700 million yuan, and after deducting issuance expenses, the funds will be used for the ASEAN Ceramic Valley project.
