Aisi Kai announced on the evening of May 29th that the company plans to sign a "Ceramic 3D Printer Procurement Framework Agreement" with Micro Cera Technologies Co., Ltd., stipulating the purchase and sales of products with a total amount not exceeding 7.5 million yuan. Micro Cera is a joint venture of the company, with Li Ming, Chairman of the Board and one of the actual controllers of the company, serving as the Chairman of Micro Cera, therefore, this transaction constitutes a related party transaction.
