Focus on the mental health of children in difficult situations, 5 departments launch themed activities.

According to the Ministry of Civil Affairs, in order to further promote psychological care services for children in difficult situations such as orphans, children with no one to care for them, migrant children, and left-behind children, the Ministry of Civil Affairs, the Ministry of Education, and five other departments recently jointly issued a notice to guide local authorities in continuously and deeply carrying out the theme activities of "Nourishing Hearts, Protecting the Future Together" by 2025, especially during the International Children's Day and other key time points, to better promote the physical and mental health growth of children in difficult situations. The notice deploys tasks in five aspects: strengthening psychological health monitoring, conducting themed care activities, expanding organizational service functions, guiding broad social participation, and exploring the use of digital empowerment to enhance effectiveness.
