International oil prices rose on the 28th.

As of the close of the day, the price of light crude oil futures for July delivery on the New York Mercantile Exchange rose 95 cents to close at $61.84 per barrel, an increase of 1.56%; the price of Brent crude oil futures for July delivery in London rose 81 cents to close at $64.90 per barrel, an increase of 1.26%.
