According to the Qichacha app, recently, Nanjing Da Chao Zhi Jian Technology Co., Ltd. was established with Zhang Xuebing as the legal representative and a registered capital of 10 million yuan. Its business scope includes research and development of intelligent robots, development of artificial intelligence application software, artificial intelligence basic resources and technology platforms, and development of artificial intelligence theory and algorithm software. Stock equity penetration by Qichacha shows that the company is wholly owned by Dongtu Technology.
