Hong Kong Sponsorship Association: Suggests the Securities and Futures Commission to adjust instead of removing the priority issue and employee stock purchase plan.

According to the Intelligence Finance APP, the Hong Kong Sponsor Association responded before the deadline of the Securities and Futures (Listing on Securities Markets) Rules consultation document issued by the Securities and Futures Commission on March 28, 2025. The Association appreciates the efforts made by the Securities and Futures Commission to enhance market transparency and protect investors, and expressed its support for most of the proposals.
