The company was established in June 1991 with a registered capital of approximately 1.2 billion RMB. Its business scope includes the development, sales, and installation of computer, software, hardware, and electromechanical integrated products. It is jointly owned by Dalian Dongsoft Holdings Co., Ltd., Alpis Electronics Co., Ltd., and others. According to reports, recently, Dongsoft Group announced that due to age reasons, Liu Jiren has applied to resign from the position of chairman of the company and will continue to serve as a director.
