Hubei Jingmen Rural Commercial Bank plans to absorb and merge its only village bank subsidiary

Hubei Jingmen Rural Commercial Bank announced that the bank will hold its annual shareholders' meeting in late June, during which the proposal to review the results of the asset valuation and equity disposal plan of the absorption and merger of Hubei Jingmen Duodao Chu Rural Commercial Bank will be deliberated. The latter is the only rural commercial bank established by Jingmen Rural Commercial Bank.
