The 2025 RCEP Regional Development Media Think Tank Forum opens in Haikou.

According to the Hainan Daily, on May 25, the 2025 RCEP Regional Development Media Think Tank Forum, hosted by the China Daily, the China Reform Development Research Institute, and the China Ocean Development Foundation, opened in Haikou. This year's forum, with the theme of "Building a high-level largest free trade zone together", focused on topics such as the RCEP under the current world situation, challenges and trends of RCEP, promoting the coordinated development of RCEP with other regional free trade arrangements, promoting RCEP expansion and mechanism construction, deepening RCEP cultural exchanges and enhancing consensus, and other issues for discussion and exchange.
