Jia Shi Technology: Qian Xinheng plans to reduce its company's shares by not more than 3%

Jia Shi Technology announced in the evening of May 25th that its shareholder Shenzhen Qianxin Heng Investment Development Co., Ltd., who holds 4.29% of the company's shares, plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 14.2875 million shares through a concentrated bidding or block trading method.
