Central Meteorological Observatory: A new round of rainfall will start in the south on the 27th.

On May 25th, the Central Meteorological Observatory forecasted that from the 25th to the 27th, there will be moderate to heavy rain in parts of Yunnan, southern Sichuan, southern Guizhou, western and northern Guangxi, Hainan Island, and other areas, with local heavy rain and accompanied by short-term heavy precipitation, thunderstorms, and strong convective weather. Today, there will be moderate to heavy rain in parts of southern Southwest China, northern Guangxi, Hainan Island, and most of Taiwan, with some areas in western Yunnan and the northwest of Hainan Island experiencing heavy rain. Tomorrow, the rainfall will continue in Yunnan, Guangxi, and other areas, while moderate to heavy rain is also expected in southern Gansu, southwestern Shaanxi, and the central and northern parts of Sichuan, which will help alleviate local meteorological drought. From the 27th to the 29th, there will be heavy to torrential rain in parts of Guizhou, South Jiangsu, and most of South China from west to east, with parts of eastern and southern Guizhou, western and southern Hunan, southern Jiangxi, western Fujian, northern Guangxi, and northern Guangdong experiencing heavy rainfall, along with short-term heavy precipitation or thunderstorm winds and other strong convective weather.
