On Friday, the closing bell in New York, the yield on the 10-year US Treasury benchmark bond fell by 1.77 basis points to 4.5110%, after US President Trump issued tariff threats against the European Union and Apple, causing a plunge to 4.4456% at 20:08 Beijing time. It had climbed by a total of 2.41 basis points this week, reaching 4.6247% on May 22. The yield on the 2-year US Treasury bond rose by 0.11 basis points to 3.9912%, dropping to 3.9017% at 20:08, also showing an increase of 2.07 basis points this week.
